sorry if this has been asked already but I have a simple 24 inch monitor now 1080p IPS panel. Also good HDR is very expensive on PC most likely beyond your budget given the models you list. Also by then, monitors with new standards (like HDMI 2.1) will be more common. Consoles always go with TVs. Know with the PS5, i'd want a monitor that has like 120hz or 144hz.
