I am really happy that we are moving away from Deep Wounds doing 60% of your damage to your direct attacks doing most of your damage (I assume thats what the changes imply). The debuff to increase damage is nice but debuffing the damage on Mortal Strike kinda sucks, especially if you're trying to encourage continued use sub 20%- depending on the numbers execute spam will likely continue to be the go to, and it dosnt make it ultimately that more engaging that instead of it being spam execute it changes to execute x3 then mortal strike. *Oh no Arthas why ? A Demon Hunter won’t be able to do that. I hope retribution paladin gets something similar.I don't understand what's so hard to make arms hit much harder with their slow-paced abilities? when literally offering said guaranteed crits baseline rather than through critstacking across the expansion, from $%^& to hero, devalues crit to the point you probably just want to stack Haste/Mastery/Vers anyways.they need to make arms a crit spec instead of a haste spec.
