And that's not because Inception is better, it's only because Inception or Gladiator are much more famous and beloved by general audience.same here frenchans, same thoughts about interstellar aswell. Misc Soundtrack - Inception - Time (Official) official by Misc Soundtrack/Hans Zimmer with free online tab player, speed control and loop. Very good, even. This is a reflection of Hans Zimmer’s work in the film score as a whole, marked by a certain minimalism and simplicity that led some critics into considering it dull, despite the generally favorable reception. To this day I think this is the best score album Iv'e ever heardI bought a release of the film Inception which had an extra dvd with bonus features - like the soundtrack above in 5.1 dolby. This is a sad story, after sending WarnerBros 4-5 emails reporting this badly rendered Dolby 3/2/1 audio - not even a response in 10 months reporting every other month.Hans does some kinda interesting improv on the guitar in "Time" in this version (from 2:45-3:45). i'm sorry to say this, but it sounds totally like crap and like a cheap movie and not like something like a huge movie. I hope it features something new from Hans...Batman Begins and TDKR's teasers had Zimmer music, so maybe this one will!Wait, I remember that Amazing Spider-man 2's trailer will debut with The Hobbit 2 too, which means we can have a sneak peak of two of the most important works of Zimmer in 2014!I think that information about TASM2 has never been confirmed, has it? Probably attached to Guardians.GREAT new trailer for Interstellar!!! It's not the title that matters, but the combination composer/director.On lornebalfe.com, it says that 528491 and Paradox are by Lorne. It seems to be an alternate version of the cue used in the movie.new trailer is classified. Added on February 9, 2019 This teaser is 103 seconds long. TDKR is 100% Hans Zimmer to me. A quick thought crossed my mind, about the Oscars of next year. Of course this score is good.
Its music was great a lot of people know it more than they know Spirit or Black Rain. they're on the complete score page, so they're known, apparently. too much synth, too much "techno" rhythm in it, no melodies. Techno music just suits it better. :)i know this is very, very premature but does hybrid or anyone know which "additional composers" are attached to interstellar? But yeah it'd be super great :-)Well, Sony announced that TASM2 trailer will premiere online December 5th!TASM2 will have zimmer's music, he confirmed in an interview that he was asked to score the trailer. The music in the part was fantastic.I am almost embarrassed to say that it took over a day to figure out the significance of this post. Hybrid, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be the first time that Zimmer works all alone on a score ?probably not the first time, but it would probably be the biggest film he has done completely solo for the last 10 years So Hans may have been involved in trailer 2 after all it seems...as he may have recorded an additional organ layer to the Evey Reborn track which is not present in the original! Though, there is still a major difference between 1:09 and 1:16. Music is experienced subjectively, the next person is going to tell you that Dark Knight or King Arthur for example, aren't masterpieces.Zimson, I agree with you, it's subjective but I'm trying to find out if some people think as me about this score beacause I'm not see a lot of other.
I wonder if Junkie did any of the music for the trailer -- there a melody that's awfully similar to a track from 300 I seem to hear. I listened it again and again but except "Old Souls" and "Time", I'm disappointed. You don't have to like it.
I will add that now that I know you've been judging it by the contents of this 50 minute release, I can understand why you insist Lorne Balfe only did a bit. Among the potential nominations:Really? ;)Matthew, i bought the blu-ray and as a bonus you can watch the whole movie with the score only (no dialogue, no sfx, only the music). Time – Hans zimmer – piano notes – Inception Hans Zimmer is one of the top movie score composers. The rest was arranging Zimmer material, often times just copied and pasted exactly as Hans wrote it, so all in all Balfe didn't do much in there. 2 score on this site...the score to Need For Speed Rivals sounds alot like inception heres a track from a gameplay, it sounds alot like the mombasa track with just abit of a remix, youtube.com/watch?v=YODhURQvylUHoly crap. The part of the track people actually care about is Balfe. I'm not Hybrid (obviously), but I can help here. Don't know how likely that is, but it's worth hoping for.Any word on Hans' involvement on the upcoming Interstellar trailer?
Check it out:Am I the only one not to understand the success of this score? and from the Complete score It does seem like Balfe did arrange some of that for the scene and write some themes for the people. Zimmer has to give the music a pass before it's used in "his" score. can't wait :( 4 month.... Hans just finished it, I was told from a friend of hisWhen can we expect something from the Interstellar front? Hybrid?According to the ever-reliable Wikipedia, Hans Zimmer had this to say regarding Interstellar: Sounds promising. :PActually the Braam is by Zimmer, the part before is Balfe's work.^^Yep...that's pretty much exactly what Mike said...One other thing Why aren't the bonus tracks available anymore went on the other day to get them and it wouldn't let me. and happy new year, everybody. I mean, I guess you could say Zimmer had a hand in it, sure, but a BRAAAAHM at the very end of the track doesn't make that track any less Lorne, really.Looks like even the Zimmer fans can't tell one score from another :PSpeaking of these two cues, it's remarkable how every incarnation of Thin Red Line themes have become hits (again!)
