I've been a Gamivo customer for over a year, however since last year when they stopped accepting Paypal, I completely stopped using them.Fast forward 3 months later since I last made a purchase on their site, I noticed in my credit card bank statement that they have been charging me $1.99 USD/month for a subscription service called "SMART."
On all the checkout pages the subscription of Gamivo Smart ($1.99+VAT charged monthly) is pre-selected, and is located in a box that does not highlight it adequately, appearing as a normal page footer. What’s GAMIVO Smart?
Simply put, it is our VIP subscription program. This Adrian support agent told me that it was my fault that I didn't carefully read all the fine details during checkout on an "optional" subscription based service and cannot refund me the 2 months that they charged me.The meaning of optional should be that the customer manually checks the box for such a service, this imo is a very unethical business practice. The reason why I decided to use gamivo in the first place was because they didn't try to scam customers with this auto fee based subscription service, not knowing one day that they would become the same as G2A.I also found the email today they sent me on 11/11/2019 that this scam subscription was activated, however it was recognized by the mail server as "spam/junk" so I was never aware of this email.To make long stories short, I was in chat with this Adrian guy for almost an hour and all I was asking for during this time was:Refund for this auto-subscription which was unauthorizedRemove my credit card information from the website which never received my consent to be stored on the websiteProvide contact information: support phone number or contact details to someone that was higher upI got none of that info in that 1 hour chat and all he did was copy and paste the same repetitive crap and that it was my problem and not his. email is not in spam, but overlooked it, and i definitely did not wanted any subscription. I never gave them permission for this subscription service and I was never aware of such a new service that was offered by them.On 02/08/2020 I contacted them through their ticket system and was helped by a useless bot by the name of "Adrian," he was extremely unhelpful and kept repeating over and over again that the auto subscription that was activated on 11/11/2019 during a purchase that I made.

The guy replying here is trying to make it seem like they are trying to do right by the customers and will provide the refund, however it appears that is not the case obviously. For a small fee you will get access to exclusive discounts. I re-contacted them saying that there was no refund and that there would be no further subscription for the next month.
